We ship by UPS. Someone must be home to sign for the merchandise upon
delivery. If you are not there the first day, they will try to deliver
again during the next 2 days.

| Returns & Exchanges |
No refunds or exchanges are accepted for books, videos, and used or worn
mechandise.
You are responsible for shipping charges on your returns.
New
merchandise will be credited or exchanged only if suitable for resale only
!!.
We will not accept damaged goods if you are responsible for those damages.
Exchanges will be made for shipping errors by DiscountMAS (ie. wrong size
packed or product shipped.)
If new merchandise is returned within 30 days
of delivery there is a 15% restocking charge. After 30 days goods
will not be accepted. Please note that on the uniforms, the drawstring pants must not be pulled which causes the top waist area to wrinkle and we cannot re-sell them. If the waist band area is wrinkled we will not accept the product back.
How to Return:
- Wrap your return in its original packaging securely
in a good box using strong tape.
- Include, inside the package, a copy
of the receipt and include reason why you are returning your purchase
and what you desire in exchange.
- Returns for refund will not be charged
back to your credit card for the actual amount of the item(s) purchased. We will mail you a company refund check less the 15% restocking charge and this will not include the shipping charges. Refund checks will take 4-7 days onced received and processed.
- Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. We will make
every effort to speed delivery of your exchange. Please email us at discountmas@aol.com and we will reply back with instructions for the return/exchange.
Important: Their will be a reshipping & handling charge
of $9.95 (not
including over sized items o/s) for exchanges. Please allow a minimum of
3 weeks for the return or exchange process.. |
