Telephone operators are available Monday - Friday, 11AM – 6:00PM & Saturday 10:30AM – 3:00 PM eastern time.

Track your order: All orders within the U.S. will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. We'll send the email to the email address you provided during the checkout process. Once you have received the UPS or USPS tracking numbers from us simply log into www.ups.com and enter the tracking numbers or log into www.usps.com and enter the confirmation numbers and you will be able to track the package.

If you would did not receive a tracking number or maybe deleted the email with tracking info. You can always contact us to request tracking or order information. You can email us at discountmas@aol.com. In the subject line put tracking for “order number”. Make sure to also put your full name and email address. We will then contact you via email or telephone within 24 hours.
